  • Federal law requires that the health insurance deductible be at least $1,300 for self-only coverage and $2,600 for family coverage effective 2015. Maximum out-of-pocket expenses cannot exceed: $6,450 for self-only and $12,900 for family coverage effective 2015.2 
  • Contribution limits for self-only are $3,350 and for family $6,650 effective 2015.2
  • Catch up contribution amount allowed for self and family of $1,000 if you are 55 or over in age.2
