“Town & Country Bank has a long-standing history of stability. We strive to remain on the cutting edge of our industry by offering new products and services that meet the needs of our consumers.”
Town & Country Bank has been a locally owned bank for over a century. The bank was chartered in 1894 as Dent County Bank in Salem, Missouri, owned by the Dent family, with Louis Dent as President. The Gott family purchased the bank in 1993 and remained the present-day owners. Roger Gott became the President and Chairman of the Board in 1994, and under his leadership, three small community banks were merged to become what is known as Town & Country Bank. Today, Town & Country has grown to be one of the largest community banks in South Central Missouri, serving eight Missouri communities, including Salem, Rolla, Licking, Bourbon, Mountain Grove, St. James, Ava, and Pevely. There are 165 employees spread among the ten branches, and the Town & Country Bank’s headquarters can be found in Salem, Missouri.
Our steadfast commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers and communities is a core value that will remain constant with our continued growth. Our long legacy of active community participation has been a part of our heritage since its inception and has continued to grow in recent years.
The Town & Country Bank leadership is committed to providing opportunities to every team member – whether you’re just starting or have a wealth of experience in your field. We offer competitive benefits, career development, and a welcoming community.
“Town & Country Bank exists to serve the financial needs of consumers and small to medium size businesses by providing products and services that enhance and improve the customer experience with our company.”
